1. Company Information

Vision Improvements LLC is a duly licensed Virginia Class A Contractor, regulated by the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Virginia law:

The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Minor variations in color, texture, or finish inherent in construction materials are not considered defects.

11. Mechanic’s Lien Rights

Under Virginia law, contractors may file a mechanic’s lien for unpaid labor or materials provided.

By entering into a construction contract, the client acknowledges understanding of this statutory right.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.

If unresolved, disputes may be handled through:

Arbitration
Litigation in the Commonwealth of Virginia

Venue shall be in the jurisdiction where the project is located.

13. Photography & Marketing

The Company may photograph completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
